Connect Detroit’s Nicole Hill accepted into Equity Accelerator for Youth Development Cohort

Connect Detroit is proud to celebrate Nicole Hill, Senior Program Director, on her acceptance into the Youth Development Resource Center’s 2026–27 Equity Accelerator for Youth Development cohort.

Over the next 9 months, Nicole will participate in leadership development, mentorship and collaborative learning designed to strengthen outcomes for young people. The program will provide opportunities to expand her knowledge, exchange ideas with fellow professionals and explore strategies to advance equity and impact in youth development.

At Connect Detroit, we believe investing in leadership and professional growth is essential to creating meaningful opportunities for young people. We’re excited to see Nicole take this next step in her development and look forward to the fresh perspectives, valuable connections and new insights she will bring back to her work supporting Detroit’s youth.
