The Detroit Youth Employment Consortium works to expand youth employment opportunities for Detroit youth and is the parent initiative of Grow Detroit’s Young Talent.

Grow Detroit’s Young Talent (GDYT) is a youth summer jobs program administered by City Connect Detroit on behalf of the City of Detroit and a wide array of public, private, and community stakeholders in Detroit.

Young Adult Education and Employability Program provides year-round employment and academic opportunities for high school youth.
