This show brings together two amazing composers whose voices weren’t always heard in traditional opera: William Grant Still, called the “dean of African American music,” and Kurt Weill, a Jewish composer who came to America. Both found inspiration in American folk music and brought it to life in their operas in exciting, unforgettable ways. Don’t miss this chance to hear something truly unique!
