Camp Africa aims to provide a fun, educational, and enriching experience that fosters understanding, identity, creativity, and critical thinking. Utilizing the theme of We Who Believe in Freedom through the lens of STEAM, the curriculum should ignite curiosity, courage, and community while encouraging campers to explore the meaning of freedom across historical and contemporary contexts. Through thoughtful lessons, storytelling, hands-on activities, and collaborative engagement, campers will examine the concepts of resilience, justice, identity, and collective action while connecting these ideas to their own lived experiences.
