Come Dance with us!

We have a very special guest instructor joining us this Wednesday: Dr. Alfdaniels Mabingo, an internationally recognized Ugandan dance scholar, educator, and performer.

Born and raised in Mbuukiro, Uganda, Dr. Mabingo’s work blends indigenous knowledge, African philosophy, decolonial thought, and dance. He has taught and researched across Uganda, New York, New Zealand, and now serves as a visiting scholar at MSU through the African Futures Program.

This is a rare chance to learn Ugandan dance from someone whose movement practice is rooted deeply in community, tradition, storytelling, and lived experience.

Don’t miss this one-night-only class.
